This letter to the Flathead County Commissioners alerts them to the fact that the Code Compliance Officer in the Flathead Planning and Zoning Office is probably not enforcing the Community Decay Ordinance No. 6 correctly. This letter requests a meeting with the Commissioners to discuss the subject. The Commissioners never responded to this request.

I have included the email to the Planning and Zoning Office requesting a discussion of abetment procedures. The Planning and Zoning Office Code Compliance Officer, Mr. Schroeder, never responded to my request for a meeting.
